A federal judge just ruled that Maine’s medical board had ZERO evidence when they ordered Dr. Meryl Nass to undergo a forced psychiatric evaluation — for prescribing ivermectin and speaking out against the COVID narrative. They suspended her license. They tried to brand her mentally unfit. They wanted to silence a doctor who refused to play along. This isn’t “discipline.” This is medical authoritarianism. If they can do this to her, they can do it to any physician who prioritizes patients over protocol.”
