A commenter posts a remark which someone takes as defamation or incitement to violence or some other cause for action—meaning a lawsuit. THE LAWSUIT WOULD BE AIMED AT THE WEBSITE FOR ALLOWING THE COMMENT TO BE PUBLISHED.”
