He says, “Technocracy has been incubated for decades in China with the support of the Rockefellers and various technology transfers, and, with proof of concept having been established, the aim is now to roll it out in the West.”

  1. Roll it out? It has been steam rolling over the US since its inception in the 1930s. It is just now that technology has made it possible to gather the data needed to implement it.
