Box shipments are 8.3% below where they were a year ago. But not so long ago they were up about 10%, so one infers that maybe demand is about where it was two or three years ago. It’d probably be more helpful to see the absolute quantities, rather than 12-month change, in judging how this industry is doing.
Excellent point. Thanks. However, this is over the past year and not 2020-21 when we were all on lockdown and ordering stuff for home delivery from Amazon.
