BRICS are constructing a Digital World Brain to achieve UNs Agenda 2030

“BRICS are often depicted as in opposition to Western domination. However, they are working to implement Agenda 2030 with the same enthusiasm as in the West and have adopted high-tech solutions with total surveillance of the entire Earth system and humanity to implement it. BRICS forum on Big Data for Sustainable Development was held in Beijing last year with 400 participants, with support from the Chinese, Russian, Indian, Brazilian and South African Academies of Science and organized by the Chinese Institute The International Research Center of Big Data for Sustainable Development Goals (CBAS). The themes were: Big Data in Support of Food Security and Poverty Alleviation, Digital Economy, Sustainable Urban Development, Climate Actions and Disaster Reduction, and Biodiversity Conservation.
