More Orwellian COVID Restrictions and Surveillance

Balitimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport has installed Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) technology that informs travelers whether they are properly social distancing.

Germany is opening guarded and barred detention facilities for people who refuse to comply with COVID restrictions. This is reported by the RAIR Foundation…I couldn’t assess who the funders are, and so I am cautious to recommend. However, the information and videos provided in this report enable one to assess the veracity of the report.

Do these measures in any way match the nature of the disease risks? According to the CDC, the survival rate of those who become ill is 99.75%. As noted numerous times on this website and many other places, there are safe, effective low cost treatments. Why are we installing new high cost surveillance technologies and opening costly detention centers?
