  1. What an interesting case. I wonder whether the gov’t’s case would be even weaker were it known that there never was a covid pandemic (no “covid” having ever been isolated, plus the fact that there were NO excess deaths before the covid jabs were foisted on the public). But regardless, ppl were only being tracked because they were carrying cell phones around with them, yes? As cell phones are terribly hazardous to human health–to all life on earth, as well–the best solution IMHO is for everyone to ditch their cell-phone, ASAP. Then all these constitutional concerns become moot.
