War with China is a red herring

“Here, straight from the Neocon spokesmodel Peter Zeihan, is why for China to start a war with the West would be suicidal: China imports 80% of its oil and the US Navy could easily block China’s oil imports. China’s exports have fallen by about 20% in recent months.” (video 9 min 11 sec – worth a listen)
