Nation’s Report Card: Massive Drop in Math Scores, Slide in Reading Linked to COVID Disruption

We may hear that the declines were due to the “pandemic”, but the declines were really due to the unprecedented policy response of closing schools, which was unnecessary. At best, shutting down schools might of been justified for a couple of weeks till we had a better handle on things.
