By now many have heard about the Russian allegations of the US-linked biological weapons facilities in the Ukraine. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova says that the US owes Moscow and the world and explanation. And now we have the US Department’s Victoria Nuland sheepishly acknowledging that Russia is taking control of the facilities. Wow.
