Ivermectin has been used safely across the globe for years, and now for some reason there are supply issues. Recently, a family member got very sick from Covid. We could not obtain ivermectin locally anywhere…not from Tractor Supply or from a pharmacy…nothing in stock. Fortunately, we were successful in getting a prescription online, but only a few pharmacies across the country have it available. It took 4 or 5 days for the prescription to arrive in the mail. Though the family member was very sick during that period (lost at least 15 lbs), fortunately the ivermectin was effective. He started to recover within about three days.
