State-Level Secession Isn’t Enough. The States Themselves Must be Radically Decentralized.

I don’t advocate for state secession (all obligations of the federal government would be abrogated…think social security going away), but I believe in the power of decentralized systems to protect freedoms and policy heterogeneity that best meet the needs citizens.
