“Merrick: The prisoner’s name is Nathaniel DeGrave. He was arrested in connection with the January 6th, 2021, “Capitol breach.” The date of his arrest was January 28, 2021. He has pled not guilty to all charges. It’s important to note that the description your Office gives of his case lists no date for his trial. So DeGrave has been in jail for NINE MONTHS, so far, without a trial.”
