National Digital ID and Selfie Biometrics for Remote Verification Ramp Rapidly

This article provides a good sense of how rapidly digital IDs are being adopted and deployed across the globe…you’ll also get a sense that there are plans to use these systems to monitor health (vaccine verification, etc.) as well as for monetary transactions. I think we should look at the rollout of digital vaccine passports and the adoption of digital currencies as an integrated effort, though it not often presented together.
